TURNING YOUR RAYBURN OFF
Models 200K, 208K, 300K, 308K & OF7
During very cold weather, in
an otherwise unheated house, consideration should be given to leaving the burner
on a low setting, to prevent freezing of the water system.
If the Rayburn is not to be used for a fairly
short period, e.g. several days, we recommend that it be left alight at a low
setting.
To turn OFF and extinguish the burner :-
Turn the control knob 'C' to its OFF position
Lift the trip lever 'D' until it clicks, then
release.
Turn the Oil supply OFF to the Rayburn,
preferably at the Oil storage Tank.
Warning. Do not try and relight a
hot burner.
