On the 410K model ensure that the water system is filled before firing the Rayburn

The burner on this Rayburn is fully automatic in operation, under the control of its own thermostat, timer and if fitted, an external programmer.

To turn the Rayburn ON,

1. Ensure that the Oil or Gas fuel supply and electricity is turned ON to the Rayburn.

2. On later models also check that the Flue Safety Device is reset and pushed in.

3. Open controls door, top left hand side to reveal Timer and Thermostat, as shown above.

4. Set the Timer to an ON period and turn the thermostat to the desired temperature.

5. The burner should now fire and remain on until the desired temperature is reached.

7. If the burner fails to ignite, it will safely shut down and the Burner Reset Button will illuminate. Wait 3 minutes then push in the reset button and the burner will attempt another start-up. If the burner repeatedly goes to lock-out, shut the Rayburn OFF and seek help from your service engineer.
